Workplace Supplies maintains a value based pricing policy. We watch other retailers closely and maintain fair pricing.
In the current new economy era any Joe Bloke can set up a website in their back room and charge bargain basement prices.
Most of the time they will have no returns policy, questionable security, no professionalism and of course poor customer
service.
Workplace Supplies strives to be open, honest and professional, so we will never inflate our prices to set up an artificial "sale"
(a common - and illegal - retail practice). All of our pricing is based on the value it will give to our customers in
terms of products and services. It is inevitable in an open market like the internet that there will be some individuals
selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street. We take great
pride in offering a fast, reliable, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair
prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to welcome them back again and again.
GST
Please note that as we are based in Australia, our site shows all prices in Australian Dollars and exclusive of GST.
Because we only deliver predominantly within Western Australia, registered website customers from countries where GST is not
applicable will still be charged GST at the time of their order due to order being sent to an Australian address.
